QuestionI have had this wine cooler since 10/2018. Not one issue. In the last few months the breaker seems to trip 2-3 times a month. The outlet is on its own 20 amp breaker. No other breaker is tripping. Anything I should look at or is it the unit?

QuestionJust received this and have had it about a week. I cannot get the red wine zone below 55 degrees even though I have it set at 51. Does it not go below a certain temp in this zone? I’m worried it may be faulty :/

QuestionWhat is the measurement between shelves, and can it accommodate a champagne bottle on the top shelf without removing any shelves?

The unit AWR-460DB are designed for 750ml bottles, and the measurement between shelves are as follows for the top section: top to the 1st shelf (5.16"), 1st-2nd shelf (3.70"). Bottom section: bottom of the display to the 1st shelf (4.17") 1st-2nd shelf (3.70"), 2nd-3rd (3.70").

- Answer No, unless you pay for that service. I had a very good installment done by a real refrigerator repair person who pulled out my other one and installed the new one and tookf my old one.

- Answer Temperatures don't get cold enough to frost. Top zone range is 40 to 50 degF, and bottom zone range is 50 to 66 degF.
