Yes you can they are a bit thin tho

Please try again later.I would say that you could put them anywhere, but I'm not sure how well they would hold up over time if they were routinely being exposed to moisture or water. They are certainly not like the dense mats that I've used in Crossfit studios, which tend to hold up very well (but are significantly more expensive). These are nice quality mats, but I'd personally probably keep then limited to indoor applications.

The mats showed up two days after I placed my order and I had 2 appointment for them to deliver my exercise equipment and they never showed up with it. However they billed me for the equipment even though I never received it.
