Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It took me a a few try's to learn how to change band. But if you purchase the correct size, it usually take a couple minutes to get the new band on the watch. The more you do it the easier it gets. I just purchased a new sports band. It slides under instead of the ending strap on the outside. Took a little time figuring out how to put it on my arm, but it is nice that the extra strap is under and out of way.
