• It’s very awkward to put on. I have to rest my hand against a table or something for help when putting on.

• I wish I knew. It's very difficult to fasten. I need mine on the 6th hole from the outer end and it's a real bear to get it there. I usually have to sit down and pin my wrist against my leg and fuss with it to get it 100% where I need it. If anyone has suggestions, I'd like to hear them, but I'd say stay away from this band as it just should not be difficult *at all* to fasten a watch band.
