• Hi Fred, Thank you for contacting us. Both the Piqo 2K and the 322GW use a WiFi & Bluetooth Connection to download the videos, so they have the same download delay. Please ensure you have Dual Files turned on; that way, you'll have the option to download a lower quality version, but it will be faster for review.
