“Does the Nextbase 622GW come with the hardwire installation kit? I'm having this installed and not sure if I need to buy the kit in addition to the cam.”

It doesn't come with the HW kit. You have to purchase that in addition to the camera.

No, it doesn't come with the hard wire kit, only 12v socket. You need to buy this hard wire kit separate.

It comes with a cord for a cigarette plug in your car, though you can clip the ends to expose the +/- wires & use that to hardwire.
