You’ll be lucky if this connects at all. My stopped connecting after a year and customer support is little help….good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Dan, The Series 2 Dash Cameras are only single device compatible at the moment. This means that one Dash Cam can be connected to one mobile phone and visa versa. It is not possible to connect multiple phones to one camera, or multiple cameras to one phone. This is due to the ESOS and Alexa subscriptions which are single camera and phone dependent. Our Development Team are working to make the 622GW multi user compatible, and this should be released soon via a firmware and software update.
