• It doesn't come with the HW kit. You have to purchase that in addition to the camera.

• No, it doesn't come with the hard wire kit, only 12v socket. You need to buy this hard wire kit separate.

• It comes with a cord for a cigarette plug in your car, though you can clip the ends to expose the +/- wires & use that to hardwire.
