I had my dashcam 622 installed in May. The blue light is on so I know it's getting power but it won't come on. What do I do now? null

Hello,

Please remove the SD card, then press the reset button on the underside of the Dash Cam. Then, without the SD card inserted, please turn on the Camera. Does it now start normally?

If so, you're having an SD card failure. Please ensure you're using a compatible SD card (we always recommend using a Nextbase SD card in a Nextbase Dash Cam) and are formatting every two weeks.
