“I have the Nextbase 612gw it has been working ok for over 12 months until the other day it started making a weird noise, I switched it off reset everything but now when entering vehicle it starts up but I have to manual power on with on screen choice”

Hi Ratty, Please remove the SD card, then press the reset button on the underside of the Dash Cam. Then, without the SD card inserted, please turn on the Camera. Does it now start normally? Please email our Support Team at [email protected] and they can help you further with troubleshooting.
