“Hello, I'm having a difficult time inserting (and removing) the SD card in the Nextbase-522GW Dash Cam. It's the exact type recommended and when it (eventually) stays inserted, I'm still getting a message saying, "Insert SD card". Dazed and Confused am I.”

You need to use your nail to push the card slightly below the level of the camera for it to lock in place. Or, if like me you bite your nails, (carefully) use thr corner of a credit/debit card to push it far enough down.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use a 32gb Sandisk U3 memory card. GeekSquad told me that any other memory card that doesn't say "U3" will not function with the dashcam. Insert the memory card with the 3 bumps facing the top and the plane side facing the bottom.
