As with all lithium ion batteries it has reached end of life. It will need a replacement if you wish to turn it on without it being connected and holding a charge. You will need a 3.7V Rechargeable Li Polymer Battery LP402535 320mAh and will need to do some light soldering. If you are not comfortable with doing this, then you will want to find a professional to do so for you.
