“I recently purchased the nextbase 522 GW dashcam and was unable to get it to hook up for live view which was one of the things that I wanted so I did take it back. Now I'm just not happy with anything else. Is there a trick to the live view.”

Hello, You need the Nextbase 'MyNextbase Player' app for the 522GW. Once the Wi-Fi is connected between the camera and phone, the Live View and 'Dash Cam' tab of the app should work correctly. If you have any issues with connecting via Wi-Fi, please contact our Support Team at [email protected].

Please try again later.You have to download the Nextbase Cam Viewer App on your mobile device and then connect your mobile device WiFi to the Dash Cam WiFi (once you look for the WiFi around you, you will see the dash cam one).
