• You will need a micro SD card for storage, and if you would like to have it hard wired into your car they have a kit for that as well.

• Hi Jim1Pam2 All you just need is a memory card that doesn't come with the camera. Everything is included in the box. If you want to hard wire the dash cam to your car, then you buy a hard-wire harness and Best Buy will install that for you if you want them to. I recommend it because its neat and looks nice.
