Once you are connected to Alexa on the Dash Cam, you simply ask Alexa for directions to your destination, as you would normally. Your Cell phone will dictate which navigation APP you use and open this to perform the navigation. Car Play / Android Auto mirrors the map on your Car Stereo if available. If you have Bluetooth connected your Cell phone to your car, you should get the turn by turn instructions via your car speakers, if not the spoken words will come from the Phone itself. Works very well using tried and tested Google Maps, for example.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I could never get it to connect to Alexa or Google
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Alexa does not give you directions to your destination. This is just something the manufacturer has said will be available soon. Currently Alexa has NO specific commands for this device at all in fact.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Alexa is available, but I do not use the service since I have Android Auto in my vehicle and on my phone. Sorry can not report on how it works.

The Nextbase 422GW and 522GW both have Alexa built-in. it's very simply really: the Nextbase dashcam communicates to both your car and your mobile device through bluetooth. So, when you ask Alexa for directions, the turn-by-turn instructions will play back through your car's stereo (and on the vehicle's screen if you have Apple or Google auto).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Alexa is present but it does not integrate into any build in GPS as far as I can tell. There are other devices such as the Garmin speak which combines a dash cam with Garmin + Alexa navigation via a skill but there is no screen on that device.
