“Does this camera have a constant loop feature so you do not miss something if it is not recording? Or do you have to manually start recording everytime.”

Mine is plugged in the power supply and when I start the car it wakes up and starts recording.

Please try again later.when your memory card gets full depends on what size of card you have it will delete the old files and record over them and if there is an event like getting into an accident or something it will automatically lock the file so it can't be overwritten but you can go into the settings and unlock the locked files and delete them they recommend that you leave the camera in the default settings cause if you set the camera to low it will set it off when you close the car door but default setting is medium
