• The camera is round and it sits on a magnetic stand which can be moved to its desire position.

• It does swivel, I have it installed on a SUV. There will be some slack when the hatch is down, so it will have enough to open it.

• Hello, The mount itself is a static mount that does not move once adhered to the glass. The rear camera attaches to it's mount via a magnet, and can be moved on the magnet to gain an optimum view.
