No, no free offer whatsoever. If you want to watch out of market games then you need to buy NFL Sunday ticket, but you DO NOT need to have a subscription to youtube tv, just a free youtube account, which most people already have anyway. If you do have a subscription to youtube tv, then you'll be able to watch local games as well as out of market games all in one place.
