You'll have to select the Sunday Ticket only option. It will take you to purchase through YouTube. Select the option of Sunday Ticket only, or with Redzone. Complete the purchase and it will show up in your YouTube TV subscriptions. I was in the same boat as you, couldn't get it to work. I found the answer from a post on Reddit and it worked.
