I picked up my copy of the game and there was no codes for the preorder bonuses. There is a code for the Square enix membership but it doesn't give any of the preorder bonuses.

For what it's worth I also remember seeing a blurb about the pre-order bonus on the product page before the release date, although it's not there now.

Please try again later.I did not receive any code for these items, and the Best Buy agent I messaged did not find any information on their end that would indicate that Best Buy was participating in this pre-order bonus. Prior to deciding to pre-order through Best Buy I contacted an agent to double check, as there was never anything listed on the game's page. The agent apparently just echoed the response to this question which was incorrect.

Because if I wasn't, I wanted to pre-order from somewhere else to ensure I got it, but the agent I spoke with on the phone ensured me I would be getting the pre-order bonus with my order. It’s release day and I still haven’t received a means to retrieve the pre-order bonus. This is really frustrating because I was told I would just the day before. Best Buy was even a listed retailer on Square Enix’s site for pre-ordering the game. So there’s no excuse for why they don’t have the pre-order bonus to give out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Finally got my pre-order bonus through email 4 days ago! It took them way too long to send it. I was super frustrated and just accepted i wasn't getting them, but super happy now! Check your "promotions" or "spam" folders!
