QuestionMy Q-see went out of business and now my cameras won’t connect on phone or ipad, will this work by just replacing dvr? If so does it give an app for my devices? Thanks

QuestionI have a HiSense 70" Android 4K smart TV (primary). I want to cut the cord with DirecTV and move to streaming only or OTA programs. I need a DVR that will record a streaming program to watch later. Will this work with my 4 smart TVs (others are ROKU)?

- Answer Once you have our App downloaded and configured on your Smart Device, you will be able to view your system from anywhere. Keep in mind, you must have your device connected to the Internet in order to view remotely. Additionally, please note that Internet speeds will affect your ability to view from a Smart Device (Smartphone, Tablet) or Computer (PC or Mac). Our products have certain minimum speed requirements that must be met for usage. Please check your products specifications for more information. - Answer I have this same question. The Safevant 8-channel wireless system is problematic (to be kind). I intend to try the Night Owl DVR with the existing Safevant 1080p wireless bullet cameras. I will report back with the results in a few days. 09/19/2020
