“My Q-see went out of business and now my cameras won’t connect on phone or ipad, will this work by just replacing dvr? If so does it give an app for my devices? Thanks”

Unfortunately, Night Owl is not able to guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party brands. Often, cameras of the same technology will function with our systems, but we make no assurances.
