Good afternoon and thank you for reaching out. We do not currently have any issues with our app or CMS (control management software). This is a 1080p standalone DVR, so you would need to add compatible Night Owl cameras (up to 1080p) to it. The image quality of our cameras is extremely clear day or night (up to 100 ft. of Night Vision with most cameras). Thank you for shopping Night Owl!
