“First do the cameras with my system have sound and second how do you get a replacement camera if one goes bad don't want to return the whole system”

The cameras included with this product are not audio enabled and the DVR does not support audio. If you have a camera that goes bad and are within the warranty period, you simply need to contact or technical support team.
