We appreciate your question. For the best performance, our wired 1080p cameras should be installed within about 300 feet of the DVR. Running them 1,300 feet away is well beyond the supported distance and will result in video loss, power drop, or no signal at all. A few important notes: • Cable distance: 1,300 ft is far outside the range for analog BNC cameras. To cover that distance, you would need network-based equipment with PoE and signal boosters, which this system is not designed for. • One continuous cable: Even within normal distances, we recommend using one continuous cable. Couplers can introduce interference and reduce signal quality. At 1,300 ft, couplers will not make the distance viable. • One cable per camera: Each wired camera requires its own dedicated cable for both power and video. Multiple cameras cannot be run on a single cable. Thank you for considering Night Owl. Night Owl SP Digital Support Team
