“It says it has push notifications; does this mean that as soon as the camera detects something it will alert you via your mobile device? Basically just want to know how the push notifications work. I'm looking for a system that will automatically alert me INSTANTLY via cell phone (text, notifications, etc) if any motion is detected. Will this product do it for me?”

It was advertised to be that way but it doesn't work. that option was disabled in the Night Owl HD app.

Whenever the camera detects motion it will send your smart device an alert with a video attached . Simply swipe open the alert and the video will start playing. Thanks for choosing Night Owl.
