• Great question. You can view the system from the app and from a TV or monitor. You can do both at the same time or choose your preferred method. To setup and view the system from the app on your Smart Device you will need to connect the DVR to your router or working network access point via Ethernet cable. To view on a TV or monitor (1080p minimum) you would simply connect the DVR using the provided HDMI cable. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!
