DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY- this is my Night Owl review DO NOT BUY ANY NIGHT OWL PRODUCT! I have over a $1000 in a commercial Night Owl Camera security system. I purchased from Best Buy October of 2019! It took over 2 months to get it connected and up and running! I had to hire a local company to get it loaded and they also had issues!!! Night Owl tech support is none existent! When you actually get a warm body, you can’t understand them and their English is EXTREMELY lacking! I have an iPhone and the system will hardly ever load on my phone.... like it’s supposed to!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY NIGHT OWL PRODUCT!
