“I have an older model Night Owl probably 4 years old and it stopped recording. I called Night Owl and automation stated if it was more than 2 years old there is no support for it. Has anyone ever run into this problem or should I just junk it?”

Lorex is much better, night owl we got for the first time and they’re not helpful anyways... and Best Buy didn’t understand the packaging either and gave us wired night owl (theyre so hot to the touch when plugged in, see my review JenEliza) the cords are a joke that come with the wired ones, they don’t say indoor/outdoor anywhere on packaging and the playback doesn’t function... it’s a horrible product and customer support couldn’t help us
