Just purchased this 2 days ago and so far not happy about the quality of connection through the Night Owl app. It freezes and stalls out constantly!! Ready to return the system. Why are there so many connection issues?? null

You need very fast internet and that doesn't solve every issue

Please use the toll free tech center from Night Owl. They are always helpful and can reach them 24/7. I'm impressed how much they are available and helpful.
