- Answer The cameras included with this product are not audio enabled. Not all Night Owl cameras are audio enabled. Please check the product's specifications. QuestionHow far back can i review recordings from the hub system.

- Answer By default, our DVR/NVRs are set to auto-overwrite when the HDD becomes full. This means the system will start recording over older footage to accommodate new recordings. You can deselect this option from within the Main Menu. Note, without this option selected, your product will stop recording when the HDD becomes full. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

QuestionI have a 4 camera system. 1 camera has very poor reception. 2 cameras are 25 ft from NVR , the other 2 are 60 ft. Only 1 at the 60ft is weak. How can I boost the signal to keep the camera on consistently ? ?

- Answer Our 2-way audio enabled cameras are not compatible with this system. The only option for your DVR would be to add one of our 1-way audio enabled dome cameras or add our Indoor Microphone to a camera. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

- Answer On 24/7 record with all 8 cameras, you are prolly looking at 3 to 5 days before the HDD becomes full. It will record around 15 FPS. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

QuestionI am interested in placing one of the cameras inside the house. I understand that the system tries to identify humans, rather than cars, but will it activate whenever a dog (for example) moves inside the house?
