• No. this camera is fixed upon installation. It doesn't utilize the Pan, Tilt or Zoom features.

• Good afternoon, Dear customer, this is a great question. Although, these cameras are capable of recording 1080p High definition resolution, they will not be able to Pan Tilt and Zoom via the Night Owl HD App, Best Regards.
