• Yes, the Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D lens listed here will work with the Nikon D3300 DSLR camera but it will have to be focused manually as that camera body does not have a built-in focus motor. Compatible lens types that have an autofocus motor, and are compatible with the Nikon D3300, are AF-S, AF-P and E-type lenses.
