Yes,the Nikon D3200 DSLR camera is fully compatible with AF-S type lenses like the Nikon AF-S Micro Nikkor 60mm f/2.8G ED Macro lens listed here. Additionally, it can also use AF-type lenses; however, these type of lenses will need to be manually focused, as this model camera does not have a focus motor.
