Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. This lens will work on D90. I have the Nikon D80 with this lens. But since we have DX camera bodies, this lens will be come a 80mm lens instead of 50mm. This is a FX, full frame lens, so on a FX body, this will be a 50mm. (D700, D800, D3, D3s, D3x etc) But on a DX camera, the focal length will be multiplied by 1.6. (D3100, D5100, D7000, D300s etc...)
