How good is this lens for land escape? null

It is good for landscape, but for narrow sections. If you want to get a wide shot I'd go with a 14-35mm lens.

Yes but you must remember it is a telephoto (long) lens so your field of view is not going to be wide.. it is great for shooting distant views.

I don’t know how good it is for “land escapes”. I imagine that’s determined more on your personal foot speed or the vehicle you have. However I do love shooting LANDSCAPES with it.
