Ideally you would need a fast 70 - 200 F2.8 zoom lens or perhaps a fixed 300 F2.8 telephoto. However these lenses will run over $2000 so depends on what sort of budget you are looking at. A lens such as the Nikon - AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED can also do in bright daylight situations.

Some photographers look for faster lenses (large aperture ex. F/2.8), wide angle, Telephoto, Macro or zoom lenses. Please visit our website and use the lens finder tool in order for you to make your selection base on your needs. http://www.nikonusa.com/Nikon-Products/Camera-Lenses/index.page?
