If it is factory certified and comes with a full warranty, then yes. I've purchased many refurbished electronics and have had excellent service from nearly all of them. I've saved LOTS of money this way. Also, look closely at return policies before you buy. Best Buy is good about returns within their specified time frame. Their customer service is good, so they are a good retailer from which to buy refurbished items.
