“Can you take a video from out of the water and then going to underwater? (For example, you capturing video outside and then your are planning to jump as the video continue going to the water)”

The S33 can be actively recording a movie when it goes under water, but jumping into water with the camera is not recommended. Water can seep into the camera if subjected to high water pressure like that caused by jumping into water.
