Yes. The Nikon Coolpix S7000 digital camera uses a Nikon EN-EL19 rechargeable li-ion battery which can be taken out and charged externally with the MH-66 battery charger. The MH-66 battery charger is an optional accessory that is not included with the camera upon purchase.
