“Will a SDHC UHS-1 Sony Memory card work in this camera”

In the Reference Manual that is provided with the camera Nikon provides a list of SD Memory Cards that have been tested and approved for use with the camera; this does not mean that the card you're asking about doesn't work but it does mean that Nikon can't promise you that it will work without issue. See below for the list of tested and approved memory cards: SD - Sandisk & Panasonic 2GB SDHC - SanDisk, Toshiba, Panasonic, & Lexar 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, & 32GB SDXC - SanDisk & Lexar 64GB & 128GB; Toshiba & Panasonic 64GB

Nikon has tested and recommends Sandisk and Lexar band media cards. Those are the media cards we have tested to work in the camera. While the SONY brand may work without issue, we cannot guarantee reliable operation.
