“Do the settings on this camera have the capability to imprint date AND time stamps on the photos? Also, can you re-size for the still image picture to be smaller pixels such as size Small (640) (640x480)? Thanks!”

Yes, you can imprint the date or date and time using the camera settings menu. Once imprinted, it becomes part of the picture and cannot be removed. I believe you can also resize a picture though maybe not as small as 640x480 - never bothered to use a smaller size. I use a 32 GB SDHC card which allows for thousands of max size pictures (default setting) and then, after downloading to my computer, use Irfanview to make a smaller sized copy that I can easily email.
