You can not do a 10 minutes movie at 4k 30 fps no matter how big is the card on Nikon Coolpix W300 I think there is a bug inside the camera and it stops at 4Gb and never restarts This is very bad for underwater movies as everything can shut down at the end of 1.5 meters stick, exactly when the fish come in front of the camera I remember making one-hour movies on all the other underwater cameras that I bought (GoPro, Panasonic, Ricoh) This is completely stupid (all the other cameras stop and restart on another card or another 4Gb file, even other Nikon cameras do that) This is an old technology that you should not buy I will probably buy a GoPro 10 and keep this toy for rainy days when I need zoom
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a 32 GB in my camera which equated to nearly 700 pictures OR about 90 minutes of 4K recording
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Whether you are in the water or out of the water, individual movie files cannot exceed 4 GB in size or 29 minutes in length, even when there is sufficient free space on the memory card for longer recording. Memory cards with an SD Speed Class rating of 6 or faster are recommended for use with the Nikon COOLPIX W300 camera when recording movies (when recording 4K UHD movies at an image size/frame rate of 2160/30p or 2160/25p, cards rated UHS speed Class 3 or faster are recommended).
