While they may fit the camera, there may be some restrictions depending on the type of lenses you may have. The Nikon D3500 is only able to autofocus when a lens with a built in focus motor is attached. These lenses are AF-S and AF-P type lenses. If the lens does not say AF-S or AF-P specifically it will not be able to autofocus on this camera. If you would like more information please feel free to contact Nikon Customer Support.
