Does this camera take good pictures at night null

No and yes, the camera itself isnt meant for low light you will see grain at around 6400 iso but if you invest in a good prime lense it will let more light in and you can shoot into the evening but with this camera and kit lens youll probaly notice really grainy photos around 6 or 7 pm if your shooting outside

Yes, with a stable shooting platform for longer exposures and saving images in RAW for better editing options any major brand DSLR will be very good.
