• This will depend on the specific lens. The D5300 supports autofocus with AF-S and AF-I CPU lenses only. NIKKOR lenses that have names beginning with AF-S or AF-I will autofocus on the D5300. Detailed info on lens compatibility will be included in the D5300 Reference Manual and can also be found on the Nikon USA website.
