The D5300 has a Wind Noise Reduction setting for Movie Recording. It will minimize the wind noise in your recordings. For even further reduction of wind noise and much better stereo sound recording, check out Nikon's ME-1 Stereo Microphone. It can be attached to the top of the camera and will record higher quality stereo sound. It is available for purchase at Best Buy, both in store and online.
