The D5500 does have built-in WiFi. It works with the Nikon Wireless Mobile Utility App - free download and compatible with Android and iOS operating systems. Once you are connected to the camera, via the app, you can shoot with the app, or you can see pictures on the camera's memory card. From there you can pick which ones you want to download, email, or post to social media.
