These are two very different cameras. The D5600 offers an Nikon F bayonet mount and a system that is completely compatible with the AF-S and E lenses, as well as the all new AF-P lenses. In addition it's lightweight, so it's ideal for taking with you on all your adventures. It also has built-in Bluetooth technology so sharing all your images is instant when connected to your favorite smart device that's running the SnapBridge application. The D7200 offers up to 51 autofocus points and 2 card slots for extra memory. It also allows you a shutterspeed of 1/8000 seconds. Both cameras are amazing and can help you capture all your important moments with stunning clarity.
