“It states on this site that a free battery grip is included with the purchase of my Nikon D750 (body only), but when I arrived at the store to pick up my camera and accessories they told me the grip wasn't in stock. What do I do about this?”

They will ship you the battery grip overnight. Mine arrived in 1 day.

If the store doesn't have it at the time of purchase, they should be able to order it for you and schedule another date for you to pick it up, like what our friendly Best Buy rep did. We actually had to come back after few days for the other free items including the battery grip. It may have caused a slight hassle but it's free, which makes it worth the wait.

The other free items such as the memory, format backpack and refuel battery were not in stock so Best Buy ordered them and in about a week I came back to the store and picked them up. Sometimes not all the stores have all the items listed on their website so if the store we visit doesn't have the free items they offered, we should wait for them to order and come back to pick them up. I was very satisfied with my purchases at Best Buy.
